Mix Dry Ingredients

In another bowl, combine almond milk, melted coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar-free sweetener, and vanilla extract. Add the flax egg to this mixture and stir well.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl. Stir until you have a smooth batter. If the batter is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach the desired consistency.
